Data Deletion Request

We respect your privacy and provide the ability to request deletion of your personal data.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using one of the following methods:

1. In-App Request:

  • Go to Settings
  • Select "Account"
  • Tap "Delete Account"

2. Email Request:

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification, we will delete:

  • Your account information
  • Associated freezer, sensor, and device data
  • Alerts, logs, and usage history
  • Notification preferences and contact details

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain limited data if required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Financial or audit records

This retained data will not be used for any other purpose.

Processing Time

  • Requests are processed within 7 business days
  • You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete
